Hugues Ruault du Plessis
Co-founder · Business functions, change management and digital products
Hugues worked for eight years at Nestlé (Europe, Middle East and North Africa zone). There he led complex cross-functional projects involving multiple functions, operational priorities and constraints on the ground.
His nine peer-reviewed scientific publications focus on behaviour change. They inform his understanding of the motivations, obstacles and conditions that enable people to adopt new practices.
He also develops digital products and has designed an AI agent dedicated to job searching. This practice connects the possibilities of AI with users’ needs and the requirements of a useful product.

Dr Frédéric Delaunay
Co-founder · Artificial intelligence, engineering and the realities of small businesses
A PhD in artificial intelligence, software engineer and entrepreneur, Frédéric combines scientific depth with hands-on delivery experience. He has co-founded four companies, filed a patent in social robotics and developed products ranging from hardware to software used in production.
His expertise covers AI, robotics, computer vision and interactions between people and technical systems.
His entrepreneurial experience gives him a concrete understanding of small businesses: multi-skilled teams, limited time, budgets to keep under control and the need for solutions that work day to day.
What he brings to your company: assessing what is really feasible, choosing technical means suited to your resources and building reliable solutions that your team can use and develop.
