Developing practices while valuing know-how.
An AI project changes habits, responsibilities and sometimes the way each person sees their future in the company. Its usefulness also depends on the place it finds in the work of the people concerned.
We prepare this change with management and teams. Employees help to understand the work, test the solution and define the practices that will allow it to be used properly.
Hearing concerns about work and jobs
The fear of losing one’s job or seeing one’s expertise devalued deserves an open discussion. We help management clarify the project’s objectives, the expected consequences and the decisions still to be made.
We organise dialogue with the people concerned to understand their questions and prepare concretely for changes in tasks. The consequences for the organisation are addressed during the project.
Making know-how a resource for the project
Experienced employees know how to recognise an anomaly, handle an exception and judge the quality of a result. We work with them to bring these criteria to light and determine the situations that call for their judgement.
Their contribution makes it possible to design uses suited to the work and to specify the checks required.
Training based on real situations
Getting to grips with the tool happens on everyday tasks and documents. We prepare exercises and guidelines suited to each role: asking for help, checking the result, protecting information and knowing when to call on someone else.
The time allowed for adoption, useful materials and the designated contact people are defined with you. We then check the difficulties encountered in real use.
Tracking what really changes
We look at whether the solution is used, whether the checks are understood and whether certain tasks have shifted to other people. Workload, quality and persistent difficulties inform the adjustments.
Feedback from teams is reviewed together with the project’s results. Low usage may reveal an integration difficulty, insufficient training or a poorly defined need.
Questions about support
Do all employees need to be proficient in AI already?
We adapt our support to the intended uses and existing practices. Above all, each person needs to understand what the tool can prepare, what needs checking and the limits to respect in their role.
Can you support uses that have already started?
We can examine the tools in use, the difficulties encountered and the practices worth sharing. This makes it possible to define a common framework and training needs based on what already exists.
